2. Counter-Notification

If your content has been removed as a result of a copyright complaint and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material removed, including the URL where it appeared before removal
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country of residence and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original complaint (or their agent)

3. Repeat Infringement Policy

If we receive three valid copyright complaints about a user’s activity within a six-month period, we may permanently terminate their access to our Website.


4. Important Notes

  • We may forward your complaint (including your contact details) to the user who posted the allegedly infringing content.
  • Submitting false claims may lead to liability for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees.
